Aditya, a proud alumnus of Youth4Jobs (Y4J), recently shared his powerful and moving journey at the CSI 2024 Awards – Catalysing Social Impact in Delhi. His story is one of resilience and determination, as he overcame immense challenges to reach where he is today.

Growing up with major thalassemia, Aditya faced bullying and rejection throughout his life. Despite his qualifications and potential, he encountered numerous rejections from employers who were hesitant to hire him due to his medical condition. However, his spirit remained unbroken. It was at Youth4Jobs that he found the support and training he needed to turn his life around. With the skills he acquired, Aditya secured a job at Dr. Lal Path Labs, marking a significant milestone in his journey toward professional success.
