Youth4Jobs is the lead partner of the Zero Project India Conference
Zero Project India Conference is an initiative by Zero Project, launched in collaboration with Youth4Jobs.
The Zero Project regionalized its activities to important world regions outside Europe. Following the collaboration with Fundación Descúbreme for Latin America, India became a new focus area for partnerships with established organizations and shared initiatives to remove barriers for persons with disabilities.
In September 2023, the first Zero Project India Conference took place in New Delhi, together with the organization Youth4Jobs. It connected the global network of the Zero Project with the Indian community of persons with disabilities, its ecosystems of innovators, the tech and business sectors, organizations working at the grassroots, and the public sector.

The topic was "Innovations in Inclusive Employment.'' Other partners were CII IBDN and Omidyar Network.
Funders included Axis Bank Foundation and The Hans Foundation.

About The Zero Project
Founded by Austrian non-profit Essl Foundation in 2008, the Zero Project is a global and research-driven initiative to support the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).
It focuses its efforts on the topics of

- Employment;
- Accessibility;
- Independent Living and Political Participation;
- ICT.
Over the past decade, Zero Project has established a global network of 10,000+ experts , policy makers, corporates, academics, and other persons with and without disabilities who are advancing the implementation of the CRPD. This network contributes to the Zero Project’s work and continues to grow, fostering a global community for disability inclusion.
